Sculptural Tramp Art Double Sided Frame and Candleholder

A magnificent and elaborate hand-carved wood sculptural frame. It is mirror image double sided. The base reads “1945” & “SOUVENIR” on both sides. The frame is a heart shape with intricately carved sunflowers. On either side stands a candle stand carved in geometric design.
