A fine pair of large Cantonese Famille Rose, specifically Rose Mandarin, vases. Of baluster form with a trumpet neck, dogs of fo handles, and raised gilt Chiang Dragon on the neck and shoulders. Polychrome enamelled and gilded with scenes of court life against a background of foliage, butterflies. Seated on hand carved footed wood stands. Vases alone are 36″ in height.
